Welcome to the SensualSignature.co Marketplace. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Marketplace for purchasing products. By placing an order on the Marketplace, you agree to all terms listed below. If you do not agree, do not use the Marketplace.
1. Marketplace Overview
The Marketplace allows customers to purchase products manufactured, fulfilled, or supplied by Sensual Signature. All listings, pricing, availability, and fulfillment timelines are subject to change without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase personal care items, lubricants, intimate products, or any adult-oriented merchandise offered on the Marketplace. By using the Marketplace, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements to purchase these products in your location.
3. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient information, and images. Due to small batch production or custom finishes, actual colors, textures, or packaging may vary slightly from photos. We reserve the right to modify product formulas or packaging without prior notice.
4. Ordering and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize Sensual Signature to charge the payment method you provide.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including limited stock, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.
5. Pricing
Marketplace pricing may differ from bulk, private label, or creator pricing. Prices are determined by batch size, production labor, materials, and availability.
Taxes, shipping costs, and international duties are calculated at checkout when applicable.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Processing times for single customer orders are typically one to two business days.
Larger orders or high volume purchases may require additional production time. If an order will take significantly longer to fulfill, you will be notified by email.
Once an order has been shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Sensual Signature is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier errors.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input cannot be refunded.
7. International Orders
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees. Sensual Signature is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or rejected by customs agencies.
8. Refunds and Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any Marketplace items.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within forty eight hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Replacements or partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
9. Allergies and Sensitivities
Ingredients are listed on each product page. By purchasing, you acknowledge responsibility for checking ingredients prior to use. Sensual Signature is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from any product.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Marketplace for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to resell Marketplace products under another brand or name unless explicitly permitted through our Private Label Program which operates separately from Marketplace purchases.
11. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All actions taken using your account are your responsibility.
12. Intellectual Property
All product names, descriptions, formulas, artwork, and packaging designs are the property of Sensual Signature unless stated otherwise. Marketplace purchases do not grant intellectual property or licensing rights.
13. Limitation of Liability
Sensual Signature is not liable for damages arising from:
- Incorrect product use
- Allergic reactions
- Shipping delays
- Loss or theft after delivery
- Customer misuse or non compliance with product instructions
Maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Marketplace after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
