What is the Sensual Signature Marketplace

The Sensual Signature Marketplace is a platform where independent sellers can offer their personal lubricants created through our print on demand system. We manufacture and bottle the lubricants, print their custom artwork, and ship the finished products. Each shop owner provides their own branding, product titles, and label designs.

Many of the shop owners who sell through the marketplace include adult content creators, adult film performers, adult film studios, online retailers, toy boutiques, entertainers, and other individuals or businesses who want their own private label lubricants. Some brands on the marketplace are owned directly by us, but the majority of the intellectual property belongs to each seller.

The marketplace operates similarly to other print on demand platforms where multiple creators sell under one storefront, and we host the listings while handling production and fulfillment.

Do you sell anything other than lubricants

No. The marketplace is strictly for personal lubricants produced by Sensual Signature.
We do not sell digital content, photos, videos, custom services, subscriptions, or tributes. No tipping or tribute sending is available through this platform.

Who owns the artwork and branding used on each listing

Each shop owner owns their own intellectual property, artwork, brand names, and label designs.
Sensual Signature provides the lubricant formulas, packaging, and printing, but the creative elements belong to each seller unless otherwise noted.

What exactly is Sensual Signature responsible for

By purchasing through the marketplace, you acknowledge that Sensual Signature is responsible only for:

  • Production of the lubricant
  • Print quality of the label
  • Packaging the product
  • Handing the shipment to the carrier within our stated processing time

We are not responsible for the following:

  • Claims made by individual sellers
  • Misleading descriptions or features promised by a seller
  • Disputes regarding artwork, branding, flavor names, theme names, or product concepts
  • Any mismatch between what the seller advertised externally and what you believed you were receiving

If a seller misrepresented something about their design or advertised inaccurate features, that dispute is between you and the seller. Sensual Signature simply prints what the seller uploads.

Why are prices different across the marketplace

Each shop owner sets their own retail pricing. Sensual Signature manufactures the lubricant and provides the platform, but the final price is determined by the individual seller based on their branding, marketing, audience, and business strategy. Prices may vary widely because every seller has full control over how they value and position their product.

What if a seller claims the product does something it actually doesn’t

Because each shop owner controls their own branding and descriptions, any disagreements about what the artwork or name implies must be resolved between you and that seller. We reproduce their artwork and manufacture the lubricant correctly, but we do not verify the meaning behind their designs or claims.

Can I send tributes, tips, custom payments, or buy personal services

No. The marketplace is for purchasing physical products only.
You cannot send tributes, tips, custom payments, or commissions through this platform.
You cannot book services or purchase photos, videos, or digital items.

What if I have a complaint about a seller

If your complaint is related to manufacturing, packaging, shipping damage, or a print error, contact us.

If your complaint is about branding, misleading claims, artwork, or seller descriptions, you must resolve that with the seller directly.

How fast do you ship

Orders ship within one to two business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday.
Shipping times depend on the method you select at checkout.

Do you accept returns

No. All sales are final due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products.

What if I receive a damaged item

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within seven days with photos of the item and packaging. If the damage occurred before delivery, we will replace it.

What if I receive the wrong item

If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong product, we will send the correct item at no cost.

What if my package shows delivered but I don’t have it

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building staff
  • Check around your property
  • Contact your local carrier or post office

Once a package is marked delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We cannot replace or refund items marked delivered.

What if my package is lost, delayed, or stolen

You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Once the package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order

Orders move into processing quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Contact us immediately and we will assist if the order has not shipped yet.

Do you offer refunds

Refunds are only offered if:

  • We shipped the wrong item
  • You received an item that was damaged before delivery
  • We confirm an internal processing error

Refunds are not provided for carrier issues, delivery problems, or customer address errors.

What payment methods do you accept

We accept major credit and debit cards and any other payment options displayed at checkout.

Do you ship internationally

Yes. International shipping options will appear at checkout.
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

Will my order have tracking

Yes. Tracking information is sent automatically as soon as your order ships.

Does the marketplace follow DMCA rules

Yes. If you believe a listing uses copyrighted artwork, text, branding, or intellectual property that belongs to you, you may submit a DMCA takedown request.

Include the following in your notice:

  • Your contact information
  • A link to the infringing listing
  • A description of your copyrighted work
  • A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate
    Your signature

We will remove or disable access to the material while the claim is reviewed. Repeated infringement by a seller may result in permanent removal of their listings or shop.
