Sensual Signature Marketplace

This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders placed through the Sensual Signature Marketplace are processed and delivered.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within one to two business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods

You choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Delivery time depends on the option you select.
We do not control carrier transit times once your package has been handed to the shipping provider.

Available shipping options may include standard, expedited, priority, and international services.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are sent to you automatically as soon as your order ships. You may check your tracking link at any time for updates.

Shipping Address Requirements

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders that are delayed, lost, or returned because of incorrect or incomplete address information are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or VAT required by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Transit times may vary depending on the carrier and customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within seven days with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or other solution.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office first. If it cannot be located, we will help you initiate a carrier investigation. Replacements may be issued at our discretion depending on the carrier outcome.

Order Changes

Once an order has been placed it may not be possible to change the shipping speed, modify the items, or update the address if the order has already entered processing. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
